Rain is useless I would recommend it to anyone

These are useless Ive been with rain since 2021 and the services is terrible now an Indian based call centre which cannot help you for ish. Submitting a ticket on their website is also a waist of time. I been begging these guys for assistance for the past 3 days and no one has bothered.

Im on rain one and the sim has not been working and on one is willing to assist. this is not the first time I have to ask them to help and they just ignore me. My 5G is permanently on 4g yet I paying for 5G. they have been promising to bring out a technician for the last 6months nothing has happened. I ve given the a chance and if they cant assist my its their way of say I should look elsewhere.
