Rain is useless

I have been having the same ongoing problem with Rain and keep getting the same ******* reply everytime from a person called Mosa. Everytime they want me to do the same thing which does not work at all and I get told that I need to log on to their site to create a ticket with them while it has already been done. This just shows that Rain is utterly useless and why don’t they contact a person directly instead of this platform? This is nonsense,its clear that Rain is of no use and should just be taken to court under the Consumer Protections Act as they don’t deliver any service and just continue to take people’s money.
