Rain is useless

There is no easy way to say this but rain is irrecoverably useless in all aspect of their infrastructure. Making a complaint is falling onto def ears cause I have been laying complaints regarding my internet issues and this is the response I have been getting every time

There is only one 4G tower and the tower is now experiencing an traffic issue which will slow down the speeds.
