Rain Is Useless - debiting me when i cancelled my account with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been debited for 2 months and the call center is useless. The support team confirmed that my account will be cancelled the end of January and then they debit me for February. They then tell me on the 3rd Feb that I will have my refund within 7-10 working days and still nothing. Then I get debited on the 1st March again.
The Call centre lady tells me oh if she feels i never used any data then i will get my money back. What pathetic service is this. This is utter bull****!!!!!
Can you stop *****ing peoples money and give me back what you owe me.

Look at reference numbers *** and you will see will the information and emails from your team.
The service was supposed to be cancelled and if your team knew what they were doing we wouldnt have this issue
