Rain is useless

I have endless encounters of uselessness with Rain. They only wake when I go to the extend of getting Hello Peter involved. My wifi has been off since Monday 12th December 2022 up until now. I have spend hundreds of rands on phone calls to Rain with no success. The only quick updates I get from rain is when they remind me of price increases and to pay my account earlier. I am so disgusted honestly and they have the nerve to close my calls with no resolution. Five days is a long time to not have service but pay in full. Can Rain please explain to me how this works pay in full no service from them? These are my reference but surely they just don't bother *** and ***. I have left Rain before and think I should not pay and never return.
