Rain is useless!!

Rain is probably one of the worst service (absolutely no service) providers in South Africa. And that is saying something as we have some pretty ****py ones.

We have a premium package and have almost never been able to use 5g to it's potential. My **** poor Cell C 4g has 10 times the speed that Rain 5g has. Trying to get a hold of them is impossible. Support is absolutely non existent. The app keeps bombing out. It's just a complete **** show!

People warned me, but I gqve it a shot. Please be warned! DON'T USE RAIN!! It will save you money, frustration and sanity going for another provider!
