Rain is Useless 😡😡

have never seen such a useless Company like Rain. They treat you so nice when getting the rooter from them and they will lie to you how their network is good, when you start using their network, their internet coverage is very bad. I tried to cancel my Rain subscription since beginning of February using their app on Raingo, I failed because it didn't work. I sent messages, they promise to call me, they never called. I sent emails to them, they said they will call me no one called me. I even used my airtime to call them and asked for someone to cancel my Rain subscription, nothing was done. All I got from them was them sending me a bill that I owe them for that month. I would never advice anyone to use Rain. Their employees are Very very USELESS 😡😡😡😡💔💔💔💔
