Rain is useless

Rain has after 5 months of no Internet service and numarous calls still not sorted out my problem. 5 Times it was promised that a technician would come our and still nothing. Each month they are very quick to deduct your subscription fee even if they can't give you any Internet. They did pay me back up until last month but again they just deduct whenever they want and I still don't have service. They are very quick to reply on Hello Peter but that's where it ends. Nothing gets done.
