Rain is useless

Seems like every month I must make a budget for calling them and also pay for their useless service. If my speed is not dropped, there's no connection at all. Let me guess, your towers are down and it will you guys 24 hours to fix and then after 24 hours. It will take you 48 hours. You guys are really ******** us, I think its high time I take you guys to the ombudsman. This is really tiring.
