Rain is useless as a WIFI PROVIDER

I am very disapointed with Rain, i have been paying for a service and data i am not receiving.

Everytime i call them i cannot get hold of their support team, last i spoke to a Dintle who refused to give me her surname and told me she will call me with a way foward till today no help, however i am paying for something i dont have and i cant even upgrade

DONT USE RAIN FOR WIFI THEY ARE USELESS
