Rain is useless and their support agents are a joke

Rain continues to prove to me that their support is useless beyond explanation. Whilst busy working, the internet cuts me off. Then when I inquire I’m told that my account is in arrears despite the fact that I have paid, remember you pay in advance. They promised that after an hour it should be sorted, after an hour I called them back another agent tell me that there’s no record of my case and no escalation was done so we should start the process all over again, but without timeframe. Your incompetence is shocking and I’m done with you guys.
