RAIN IS USELESS!!!

This company is useless. We went on their website to check availability of their LTE product in our area before buying a sim. They said we have coverage. We git a sim card and paid for a month to month package. Then their non existent service started. It took 2 days to RICA the sim and then another 2 days to figure out we don't have coverage. After this ****** **** show we canceled the contract via email and tried to block the payment from going off, but to no avail. Still today we have only received automated emails on our RICA assistance support tickets. Not 1 single agent have even confirmed receipt of anything. Don't consider this greedy circus for your provider. Covid 19 is no excuse for **** service from an ISP. Steer clear!!!

Another day with no results! In fact they're trying to deduct more cash. We've had to stop the credit card to stop them from doing this. Not only useless but ******* as well. I think our only recourse will have to be the legal route!

Herewith an update! We will be opening a case against Rain at the Police Station today for *****, Misrepresentation with the intent to commit ***** and Property theft. Since their thinly veiled attempt on here to save face they have done nothing to resolve the problem.
