RAIN IS USELESS

I am not happy with the service that I am getting from Rain and worst off all their contact center is useless. I have been paying my rain account at shoprite via easypay. Now i receive a notification that we have not been paying and they also disconnected the internet. When i called the contact centre 2 weeks back they said they are escalating this issue and someone will call me back...till today no one has called...I called them 3 times today, the 1st call sounded like the guy was seeing were the mistake is then he put me on hold for too long, when he came back he claimed he cant hear me and then hung up on me. I have made 2 calls after that and still no one is able to assist me.
