Rain is useless

Seems like rain has a problem everywhere cause I am currently out of town but still have to do some work and decided to take the sim with but it is useless to me as currently I was unable to do some work that I had to get another sim which is costing me more money but yet I have an unlimited data sim that is quite useless to me at the moment, what’s even word I have laid a complain on their website and three days there is still no response what so ever.
