Please everyone, Stay away from this company, They are the worst in SA as you've ever seen. Telkom is a super provider in comparison with this company. Don'texpect 5G as they promise and don't expect quick support. They / mangament are absolutely useless. Don't try to use them when working from home and have to make important conference calls. They will definately make you loose important deals as well as face.

My problem is still not sorted and by the way, I'm on 5G premium. Why did you say that a 4G agent will contact me? Is it that your 5G service has also gone down to your 4G level? Remember, I'm paying you for a service that I expect and not TAX from which I apparently cannot expect any service.
