Rain is useless

Rain is the worse internet provider! They are useless! I purchased a 5G on the 29th October and paid in full but it was delivered on the 4th of November. The router is useless it never worked since the 4th until this day! Rain is a **** company just taking our money and getting rich while we suffer to connect to their **** network. They take our money and don't deliver any services to us at all!
