Rain is useless

What a bunch of fools, ordered a new service, called the call centre and get told that I am wrong, accepting the words from there mail, they actually updated there delivery dates. When called by an agent, as the call centre thinks I am stupid, I was again told the mail address is working, so the undeliverable mail I got cannot be correct, but he was talking about a ticket logged. After telling me that the dates in the mail has not been updated and I should read the correct days, I was asked to do a security check. RAIN you are useless, my neighbour returned his system after JUST 4DAYS. Makes one think and when your read about all the unhappiness on here, you are actually just a bunch of ******
