Rain is useless

Since the beginning of the month to date I had no network coverage, i have send so many tickets and also called the agents but to date the situation still remains the same. Am connected to a tower that is 5km away from my location but there are towers that are like 0.13km away obviously i will have network issues cause that tower is far or should i now go and camp at that tower, rain is just useless when it comes to solving issues but they going to bill me for the whole for no services
