Rain is useless

I am absolutely and utterly disgusted with rain wifi. I ordered a sim card two weeks ago on a friday and did all the rica steps on the my rain app.

On saturday i phoned the customer service number for them to tell me that it should be done at the end of saturday. It is worth mentioning too that every time i asked the call centre person if all of the information they said yes everything is correct. For two weeks these useless people have told me that my information is correct just for me to check the rain app and see that they needed proof of adress again.

For one of the biggest and most advertised wifi companys in this whole country you could not even be bothered to teach the customer care staff how to check the database instead of just saying the info is correct and *****ing me around for two weeks. I know it is not their fault because the people higher up just plain refuse to hire competent people to deal with the customers who are the biggest part of your success or failure as a company.

I strongly urge anybody who is looking for wifi do not go to rain because they are absolutely careless and there is an obvious devide between the call centre and the higher up people. Shame on all of you for all the hastle you are causing for people WHO PAY FOR their wifi. Also they didnt bother to mention to me that the rica was only done during business hours and every time i asked to speak to someone in charge they said no can do.

I will be doing the proof of adress tomorrow and if my wifi isnt activated by the end of tuesday i will be taking my business elsewhere.
