Rain is useless

Rain is the most useless service provider. I have been a loyal client for the past 4 years, and every month no fail i have no internet for 2 or 3 days at a time. Each time I call I am told about the tower that is faulty. This is ridiculous. When they want early payments, but can't even provide the service I pay for, how does that even make sense. Rain is really pathetic. And worse of all is you calm the call centre, you get through to someone in another country, that can't even speak English properly. Pathetic, ridiculous, mediocre service is what they are good at.
