Rain is useless

If I had my way, I'd give them zero rating. This network is really frustrating, I have been online and then all of a sudden, no connection, messages are sent but, there is no response from their side. Wait for 25th, the will debit your account at immediately after tour salary is paid into your account. Geez, I have assignments that I am working on, what else should I do to get this network fully functional???
