RAIN is USELESS

I logged this review last wee: "I've been on the RAIN network now for 3 months. First two months where OK. No so much Downtime. In the last month, I've had numerous downtimes. I log it each time. Only get a response days later. The responses I get are USELESS. I moved over from Telkom to RAIN. But RAIN's customer service is just as useless as TELKOM"

This week, everyday RAIN network has been down. Muriel called me. Said that she will log the call with the Network guys. But no response thereafter. And she closed the ticket. WHEN WILL IT BE SORTED OUT?

This is such a pathetic service provider.
