Rain is Useless.

I have ordered my Rain 5G router on the 26th April 2023. I got the sim card only the following Tuesday, I had to wait another week for them to deliver the 5G Router. My sim number and the registered number is different I have been struggling ever since for them to get this sorted out. I have been phoning the only answer I get is this will be sorted as soon as possible. Rain is useless
