Rain is useless

I'm currently sitting with a router and sim card that are not working, the router and sim card just stopped working I've been calling for the past 3 weeks instead all of them tell me to do a reset and some of them tell me they are escalating. We are on the 3rd week now and still my rain is not working! I'm frustrated because I paid for a service and it is not working.
