Rain is useless
I have a rain account for almost a year. The network is terrible. There is never network. When you phone the call centre you get connected to a call centre in India. There is so much background noise that you can’t hear the women and never mind that she can’t even speak English properly. I have had endless issues with rain support and you would think that they could at least contact to a call centre in South Africa. I am extremely disappointed with the after service and dissatisfied with the product. I am looking into moving to another service provider. They lie and say you can WhatsApp chat to them on their website which is ******* as there is no option for online chat on their website. I think rain is useless as when you go on their website to leave a message for support you can’t enter a valid residential address so leaving a message for support is impossible. Can someone please assist me.

When I phone the call centre it goes to a call centre in India and all they tell me is that they will do a hard reset and I must wait for 20 minutes. After an hour I still have no connectivity. I am paying for the service from rain but never have connection. I really want to move to another service provider as I am paying rain for a service but never have connection. Please sort this out immediately

There call centre is in India and no one there can speak English properly so phoning the call centre doesn’t help. I have had no connection for almost 24 hours. They do a hard reset and say it will connect but it doesnt. I have cancelled the rain subscription and gone to another service provider. I want this connection working as I have paid for it for the month even though I have cancelled the subscription. I don’t advise anyone to go with rain as they useless. I want this problem sorted out as soon as possible. It’s enough with the excuses just sort out the problem
