Rain is Unusable for Gamers and Streamers

Complaint: I have been struggling with Rain’s terrible latency and ping for months. It is impossible to play a single online game without constant lag, and I have completely stopped streaming because the connection is so unstable.I have escalated this issue many times, but no one has been able to provide a real solution. The last agent I spoke to even told me to “rather go with fibre” — which is not an option in my area. That is not an acceptable answer when I am paying for a service that should at least deliver stable connectivity.Rain markets itself as a modern network provider, but in reality, it is unreliable and unsuitable for anyone who games or streams. I would not recommend Rain to any gamer or streamer.
