Rain is unreliable

Do all other Wifi providers ask their customers to get extenders or is it just you guys? Basically you cannot help me with my problem even though i pay R580 a month?

I had an indoor router and YOU guys sent a technician to install an outdoor router INSIDE my place. Its not outiside its INSIDE. You guys did that. So, you guys need to come back and fix it please. Thank you.

Yes, the router is firstly enormous as it is an outdoor router, I need my indoor router back please. As to why you sent a technician to replace it with an outdoor router when i don't live outdoors is baffling. 2, I only get Wifi in the lounge and nowhere else, the reason you sent a technician with the outdoor router was to assit with this issue of only getting wifi in my lounge, which means YOU guys thought that was the solution, why else did you replace my router? In your professional opinion, should I just cancel Rain because this is not working out.

What am i looking for on your site? Will I pay more than the R580 I pay now?
