rain is unreachable

I have bought a my rain device last month and have opted that they deduct the monthly fee on the 15 but they decided to deduct on the 1st and it was a complete different amount not the amount agreed on. when i called them i never get them, i requested a call back as if i was to buy and i was called immidiately but when i lodged my complaint i was made to hold for 30 minutes the consultant just went on mute and i was talking alone
