Rain is unprofessional

This is the third negative review I am sending about Rain. I owe them R849, they have escalated my bill to R3396. Everyday they have been debiting my bank account R8. When I try to get hold of them, the chat bot creates all these tickets, but no one has reached out to me for months. I have emails stating a ticket was created to contact me, but to date, nothing. They are unreliable *******. Even when I requested to cancel my router, no one has called me back. And when I requested for the accounts department to call me back, no one has returned my call. This is very unprofessional Rain!
