Rain is *****ulent

The ***** and the disrespect is what gets to me as a customer. My payment date is the 1st of every month as agreed with the sales agent that opened my account. Next thing you know i must pay twice in one month because the sales agent made my payment date to be 15th of every month. I have been trying to get rain to correct it but they wouldn't even do ****. On the appvit shows my payment date as 1st of every month but Rain has had my internet off since 17th july 2023 and no one is doing anything about it...this is ***** and I'm seaking leagal advice
