Rain is treating me bad

I on the 31/11/2023 my subscription and had a conection for that day and on the 2nd of december 2023 early morning And that was it i ha e been trying to call and email but nothing on the call i get the machine witch hangs up on me

I had a responce on play store but i still see no action i mean i paid the full R559 So why this now and why is it hard to talk to a person when you have a complain?????
