Rain is trash!
I bought the 5G router that comes with a sim two weeks ago. I called rain every day to find out why is the sim not working and they only responded to me after 7 days to tell me that there’s a duplication of the SIM card. Keep in mind that I thought they’ll do some sim swap or send me a new sim, they didn’t! Till today I wasted R500 on this nonsense! Rain doesn’t care about the customers!

12 Oct 2021, 10:05I honestly think this is not the time to be trying! It’s been long overdue! I’ve been spending money on airtime to call you and data when I bought a R499 SIM card already! I’m not happy with the level of unprofessional service from you!
