Rain is trash

I'm so disappointed in Rain to a point where I am ready to recruit all my friends and family using Rain so we can all complain collectively. I've been having no internet connection and when I called into the support service they take so long to answer I've spent R40 airtime waiting on an agent to pick up and assist. When I eventually got through , the agent I spoke to wasn't even helpful, she made me do all these unnecessary things to my rooter than told me it's sorted but my internet is still giving the same issue. Than there's that stupid promo upgrade I asked to be downgraded from but it doesn't seem like I've been downgraded. All I want it to get the internet coverage I pay for because as it stands right now I have not been able to work for 3 days now and that's the most frustrating, because nobody is going to give me the money I lost in these three days. If you see this downgrade me right away and fix my **** man ... I can't pay for internet that never works
