Rain is trash

They refuse to help with **** internet service when I am on the most expensive package. They do nothing to assist clients with issues and their call center has a fixed script that they read and does nothing to help. Or they pretend they can't hear you. I need to work but I can't because they are useless and have now been given a final warning at work because of this internet issue.
