Rain is trash.

Oh geez, where to even start. Rain has its upsides as far as the networking goes if you're in their network coverage zones. But here's a scenario (true instance), you get ****** and your phone gets taken with the rain sim card in your phone, you request for cancellation of the card right? It will only take place the month after, how flipping stupid!? Now the ******* that took the phone unfortunately are smart enough to stipulate that it's a data sim and they use it for themselves, Rain tells you its not their fault you got ****** in a nut shell and that you still must pay, you go through all the staff to get zero assistance. Unprofessional service is so on point their client would do a better job. Imagine getting an 'ok, cool.' Reply from an agent, huh ? I'm a waiter and I'm 29 times more professional than that. Their protocols to follow for lost and ****** cards are so flimsy that you and I can come up with better contingencies rather that a lowsy sim swop all whilst you're being charged for data you don't have the privilege of using.
