Rain is totally useless

So its day 5 which makes 120 hours already! Still waiting for an agent to call me from Rain to assist wrote a previous post a guy named Mosa said he will get an agent to call me well in for a surprise still waiting for that to happen as well but guess what they took my money upfront but cannot assist me at all im going to call it in on 702 now as well it's ridiculous from Rain i think they do this to all their customers take the money then take a whole month to give 1 client a call so the client paid for nothing in the first place without any service provided!
