Rain is totally useless

I purchased a Sim From rain and it was delivered by Ram on the 26th March 2020. What should be a simple activation, that should not take longer than 24h, it has become a nightmare. I have sent countless emails, with no feedback, except for those generic "your reference is ****", I went to the chat from being number 36 and I was kicked off the chat whilst number 13. The money has already been deducted from my account upfront, yet there's no service. If I knew what I know now, I definitely would've gone with another service provider. RAIN simply ain't worth all the trouble
