Rain is totally *******

I give 1 star because I cannot give 0. We cancelled two months ago and we paid another premium last month and now they deducted ANOTHER R105 this month. I chose the option of handing the device in at Rain and yet, they've send a courier a month later to fetch the device. at Town square where we took the device there were two people that worked there, a lady and a man. she is friendly and helpfull, but the man is just an @#!#$. doesn't have respect for anyone. will never go back to Rain as there are so many complaints regarding service and them deducting money for months on end. this is ***** and just *******ness.
