Rain is tje worst

This is the most pathetic company every together with their courier company CCD couriers, i order a router on sunday, it hasnt been delivered to date. I did stress my husband is always out of town, and he cannot collect the order but they insist he mist be there, so my husband must take leave because of a delivery, how pathetic!!!!!!!!!! I also had problems withh their connection with my other router was never resolved, i need to work the weekend i cant because these people are not delivering our router and we are not available next week my husband will only come back home after 2 weeks, meaning that i will not have wifi for almost a month!!!! But i already paid for the service
