Rain is throttling speeds stru 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾
I am on your 4G unlimited/uncapped package which I use for streaming on a variety of apps, I am getting a maximum of 1.7 Mbps after placing my router in different rooms to get the best coverage yet you promise 10Mbps. My nearest tower is 0.9 Km away but the speeds are ridiculous, please contact me and assist.

01 Oct 2021, 17:49Good day, I have tried doing what you suggested and speeds are still below 10 Mbps, my latest test is at 2.99 Mbps. I hope RAIN makes an effort to buff up infrastructure here in Bloemfontein because a lot of us use it and want to upgrade to your 5G package. Try not to take long.
