Rain is throttling data speeds
Rain 5G data speeds decrease significantly during peak hours to a point where the internet is unusable. I have complianed several times and nobody from Rain has helped me. After using Rain from 2018, this is the time for me to move on from Rain and start using other ISPs cause the service that I am getting does not make sense considering the R700 that I am paying every month.

11 Apr 2022, 11:44The network works fine during the day and I get more than 50mb download speeds but the problem starts during peak hours were the speeds drop to 1 mb download speeds and it becomes unusable.

17 Apr 2022, 11:25I emailed the individuals that you said I must email and I have not gotten a response and the internet getting slower by the day. Honestly speaking, I dont know what to do anymore. Rain has failed me. I am paying for 50 mbs for me to only get up to 2 mbs which is unusable.

Attached is a screenshot of the speeds I am currently getting as it is during peak hours.
