If there was 0-star rating, I would have gone for that option. The worst ever!
Misleading marketing of 4G sim @ R475 - makes you believe you already paid for the month ahead. Phoned the call centre, and they said that is just a admin fee to get the sim card and delivery. You actually pay arrears! Not ahead as you might think from their marketing. I am searching to see where they actually say that on their web, but can't find it.
ALSO, no place on their website to post a complaint! AND, Rain is the worst internet I have had in my life. If 2 phones are on the wifi together, you struggle to download. Can't stream DSTV or Showmax.
I just cancelled my sim card, and notification said that I will still have a debit order on 1 December.
NEVER AGAIN!
Maybe empower call operators to do it the same way.
That complaint on payment is then sorted out.
