RAIN iS THE WORST WIFI PROVIDER.

Rain is the worst WiFi service provider to sign up with. Last week I didn’t have WiFi for 3 days last week, this week I didn’t have wifi for 4 days. Each and every call I make to the rain support department, they give me a turnaround time of 24 hours for a technician to call me to do the swap of my router. I have been waiting since Tuesday for them to call, today is Friday.. I have been calling them since Tuesday, to date the problem has not been resolved.
