Rain is the worst, stay away from them

Rain responded to my last review on 3 November. Today is 7 November. They still have not contacted me and they have not resolved the issue. I give up on them. Their customer support service is the worst.

I have tried the above and the cards are still not working.

You have 3 options:
1. Call me to assist urgently
2. Come and collect your sim cards
3. Or I throw them away and move to another service provider
