RAIN IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER WITH ZERO RESPONSE OR ASSISTANCE.

I am disgusted at this service provider, I joined Rain thinking it was efficient. The device never worked, all the agents kept giving me excuses as to why the device never worked eventually i cancelled the contract. Its a months later RAIN has not collected the device, not one person contacted me and they had the nerve to debit my account for something thats never been in use. I have called and emailed several times and still i haven't received my MONEY back. rightfully i can take RAIN UP for *****ing money and not having proper procedures in place. The fact that it is cancelled on the system and billing still debits money not due to them???? RAIN IS A PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. How can they take money that is not theirs and still make you wait to get your money back and this too i have to keep calling. DISGUSTING even the agents they have working there are not at all helpful most just drop the phone on me. I have every right to feel this way
