RAIN IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER! RAIN IS A ****

Rain is the worst service provider in SA, used to think the usual suspects were bad until I came across RAIN. Signed up with them in 2022 on a standard package until a few months later that year when they offered me a promo which I thought was the best deal. 2 for the price of 1. Little did I know it was nothing but a ****, got charged double for individual devices at different prices, logged queries since then to date no resolve, have plenty of ticket numbers they seem to be good at generating every time you call them but true to their nature none of their call centre agents is able to use those numbers every time you call you need to explain yourself over and over, did I mention that their call centre seems to be run from a shebeen somewhere...it is so noisy you can't hear anything. Once in a while when you are lucky their call centre diverts to India and so far there, I got some professionalism and decent updates though it never resolved anything. Their "supervisors" promise to follow up and call you back, but I guess what they omit to say is "in the next decade" At some point in this sad story I would be encouraged when I heard feedback like, Sir please share your account details so our billing department can refund you until then next time you follow up and then you hear they are still investigating before billing can release your refund? Then you call the shebeen again and get asked what is the issue Sir? Connectivity? Jesus must come back now, Yo! Too many ****mers in my beloved country.
