Rain is the worst service provider on planet Earth. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. They are quick to call when you want to sign up but when you need to cancel?? Forget about it. My home was broken into at the end of June. My router was ****** along with all my other things. I called to report the router ******, and they advised they would email me the statement to replace the router. I never received it. I called three times to check where the statement it, each time they told me the email address was wrong and id give them my email address and they would tell me it's sent, when it clearly wasnt. Now, I am being charged my monthly fee, for wifi im not even using. Ive asked them to disconnect the wifi since the ********s could be using it but they havent communicated with me on that. To replace the router is apparently 4K and you will need to pay that before you can cancel the wifi.... makes zero sense and even less sense that there isn't ONE SINGLE helpful person working at Rain. You people are ****mers
