Rain is the worst service provider in South Africa

Rain is the worst internet provider in South Africa. I've called and emailed them multipe times to sort out my internet and still there is not change. I pay so much of money every month for this ****py internet and we call but they don't give a proper response or proper feedback. I got told that my router is the problem when clearly it's not the problem because it's a new router. I don't recommend rain anyone who is looking for a service provider because you will have issue upon issues with rain. I lost my online job because of rain and they won't refund me or pay me back for all the time waisted on trying to fix the internet issue. The cutsomer service is even worse from these people, they don't want to help what so ever and refuse to give us proper solutions. I am so done with rain.
