Rain is the worst service provider in SA!

I’ve been going through the same issue now with the rain customer service for 2 full weeks. They haven’t even done a single thing to try fixing my problem or escalate it in any form. They are such a poor company that no one should work with. I don’t recommend rain at all shop around if you’re looking for Internet connection.
