Rain is the worst service provider

I called them and was told switch of the router take the sim out for 10 to 15min and put it on again. Did not work. I emailed them no reply !! When I decided to not pay for this stuff they where quick to call me and say the deduction didn’t go off and suddenly urgency kicked in and help came and suddenly my speed went from 0.53mb to 7mb but guess what that didn’t last long also now it’s 0,12mb and just got of the phone with them now and said I must put the sim in my phone now. Which I declined because I was told I don’t need to use my phone just put it in my router. So now they want screenshot so that they can escalate it tomorrow. This is truly the worst service and company in SA !!
